Project Mayhem Events - Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase and Payment

   • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

   • A ticket purchase is not considered complete until all instalments are fully paid, if paying via a payment plan.

   • Part payments made towards the purchase of a ticket are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.

2. Instalment Payment Plan

   • If the 0% instalment payment option is chosen, the customer agrees to pay the total ticket price in 4 equal payments.

   • The first payment is due at the time of booking, with 3 further payments to follow, invoiced at intervals specified by Project Mayhem Events.

   • Project Mayhem Events, with discretion may make changes to the payment schedule to increase or decrease the number instalments..

   • Failure to meet the payment deadlines will result in the ticket being invalidated, and any monies paid towards the ticket will not be refunded.

3. Event Cancellation

   • In the unlikely event that Project Mayhem Events cancels or postpones an event, customers will be notified of any applicable refund policies at that time.

4. Ticket Transfer and Resale

   • Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold unless explicitly authorised by Project Mayhem Events. Part paid tickets may not be resold until all payments are made for full ticket ownership.

5. Event Changes

   • Project Mayhem Events reserves the right to make alterations to event details (such as venue or date) without notice, as long as the core experience remains unaffected.

6. Liability

   • Project Mayhem Events will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
